Award Design for Lynda.com

In 2012, we were approached by the Santa Barbara County Arts Commission to create a special one-of-a-kind award design for area business Lynda.com, who was chosen to receive the “Business in Art” award. We conceptualized a wall-hanging mixed-media piece that “scrolled” and moved by turning 2 handles in a way that mimics internet website browsing and video tutorials playing. The scroll has a beginning, marked by a “play” symbol, and an end, referencing video, visual art / photoshop in the graphics.
